Before You Place an Order
What files do I need to send for a PCB or PCBA quotation?
For bare PCBs, send Gerber files (RS-274X) with drill files, layer count, board thickness, copper weight, surface finish and quantity. For PCBA, also send the BOM with manufacturer part numbers, the pick-and-place (centroid) file, assembly drawings and any test or programming requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most custom PCB, PCBA, FPC and membrane switch projects start from 5 pieces for prototypes and samples, then scale to small-batch and mass production.
Can you source electronic components for my BOM?
Yes. We provide turnkey component sourcing for ICs, capacitors, resistors, transistors, connectors, sensors, modules, LCDs and thermal parts, and we flag obsolete or long-lead parts with suggested alternatives before production.
Which quality checks are performed before shipment?
Bare boards are electrically tested and visually inspected; assembled boards go through AOI inspection, visual checks and functional testing when test fixtures or procedures are provided. Products are supplied to RoHS requirements, with UL 94V-0 rated laminates available.
How are orders paid and protected?
